A singer-songwriter, actress, dancer, and entirely talented individual, Dylan Conrique has always been in touch with her emotions. Currently starring as Tamara Collins on The Rookie, Conrique spends most of her time outside of set adding to her already-stellar discography. While she tours North America with Mimi Webb, Conrique continues to spoil us with her heartfelt new single, “get over you.”
Breakups are never simple, and Conrique emphasizes this sentiment exactly in “get over you.” Layered with soaring vocals and a lovely piano arrangement, “get over you” perfectly captures what it’s like to be hung up on a person after a tough falling-out. Needless to say, millions of people are bound to resonate with Conrique’s heartbreaking lyricism in “get over you.”
