Crediting his music teachers during his school years for encouraging him to pursue music, Rob Lea eventually found success in performing in tribute act bands. After a booking deal went sour when the pandemic hit, Lea took it upon himself to learn how to write his own music as he couldn’t be onstage for the foreseeable future. In efforts to launch his solo career, Lea is giving us all the best vibes with his breezy new single, “Summer in the Morning.”

Layered with wholesome acoustics and whistles that remind us of birds chirping as the sun rises, “Summer in the Morning” is practically the musical representation of a cup of joe. At its core, “Summer in the Morning” is meant to bring out the carefree spirits within ourselves, and we’d say Lea accomplishes this with ease. If you’re looking for a new song to add to your feel good playlist, we’d highly recommend “Summer in the Morning.”

On “Summer in the Morning,” Rob Lea shared,

“This song is about fun, sun, love and freedom. I wanted to create a song you can let go, sing at the top of your voice, dance on the table, and have a great time.”
