Still riding the emotional high of his sold out U.S. tour with Claire Rosinkranz, Aidan Bissett isn’t taking any breaks. Now 19 years old, Bissett drops the most memorable bangers that’ll have you dancing for days. Back at it with yet another infectious release, Bissett has unleashed his voracious new single, “Twenty Something.”
Equal parts alternative rock and indie pop, “Twenty Something” is a purely fantastic cut that demonstrates Bissett’s fun loving personality. Although this energetic track was inspired by a budding romance that never came to be anything more, “Twenty Something” has Bissett exhibiting some serious wishful thinking, but we definitely don’t blame him for that. If you’ve ever fallen victim to meeting the right person at the wrong time, “Twenty Something” is dedicated to you.
On “Twenty Something,” Aidan Bissett explained,
“‘Twenty Something’ was inspired by falling for someone but realizing that, at this moment in time, it would never work out. So instead of following those feelings, you push it off in hopes it may work in the future.”
