2021 was a pivotal year for Verum’s music career because of his viral TikToks, but there’s no doubt in our mind that 2022 will be even more monumental for the 30-year-old rapper. As his first release of the year, Verum has released his delightfully playful new single, “Break Your Heart.”
On “Break Your Heart,” Verum shared,
“Losing you was hard… Watching you move on was even harder. All those new memories you were making with him, those were memories you were supposed to be making with me. And eventually I did grow up and I saw all the ways that I failed you… all the reasons you had to go. And I felt happy that you were happy. But before that, I made this.”
