Bealby Point has never let us down, and we highly doubt they ever will because their indie rock is absolutely impeccable. The Canadian four piece hasn’t been around for long yet, but we expect you’ll be hearing about them for many years to come. Back at it again with otherworldly indie rock sensibilities, Bealby Point has unleashed their fantastic new single, “Try My Best.”

Leading straight into it with infectious guitars, “Try My Best” practically has us in a chokehold for Bealby Point and the ringing nostalgia they bring. Lyrically, this fine-tuned track exposes the concept of trying our best as it’s really just a saying we’re all guilty of using. By the end of “Try My Best,” Bealby Point will have you reevaluating your choice of words the next time you mutter this overused phrase.

On “Try My Best,” Bealby Point explained,

“‘Try My Best’ is inspired by empty promises. The phrase is seldom actualized, but rather used as a Get Out of Jail Free card or sarcastic remark.”
