ROSIE has always been all about authenticity and vulnerability, which is exactly why we’ve been obsessed with her since day one. This New York native is planning to release her highly anticipated debut EP this fall, but until then, she’s generously gifted us plenty of stellar releases already. Adding one more to the repertoire, ROSIE is pleased to present her emotive new single, “Sad Sad Sad.”

It’s been over a year since ROSIE went through one of the most painful heartbreaks of her life, and “Sad Sad Sad” suggests that she still experiences bouts of sadness to this day. There’s no denying that ROSIE has the inescapable vocals of an angel, but “Sad Sad Sad” lets us hear more of her instrumental dynamism. The accompanying visual follows ROSIE around the great outdoors as she adorns a stunning red two piece dress.

On “Sad Sad Sad,” ROSIE reflected,

“The song represents acceptance and how, after a full year of healing and growing, sadness can still creep in. This feeling is a reminder that sometimes there are certain scars that never go away, and when sadness is accepted it can serve as a lesson to never repeat the same mistake twice.”
