We’ve been raving about Dasha for almost a year, but that’s only because she really does blow us away with her infectious indie pop bangers. This Nashville stunner has massively grown her fanbase in just under a year, and whether you know it or not, you’re about to join the Dasha fandom too. With her lovable charm and unapologetic personality, Dasha is back again with an exhilarating new single, “Talk.”
Between Tinder and Bumble, even talking to attractive strangers can get redundant, and Dasha offers the perfect solution to this in “Talk.” Rather than letting guys waste her time and emotions, Dasha forces them to work harder by first getting her attention, then keeping it. By the end of “Talk,” we’re left to wonder how our love lives would be different if we had adopted Dasha’s detached attitude earlier…
On “Talk,” Dasha explained,
“‘Talk’ is all about taking back the power and about the karma around ‘you get what you give.’ It’s the perfect finale for ‘hot girl summer.’ Maybe it’s because I’m 21, bored, and resilient as hell, but I only talk to guys when there’s some type of game involved. It’s not fun if it’s easy…”
