On “Sweet as Lemonade,” Jae.Joven explained,
“With the summer around the corner and my long to-do list only growing by the day, I really wanted to make something that just made me feel carefree and happy. Sometimes it’s easy to lose ourselves in our daily work and we forget to savor the present moment and that’s exactly what I was trying to capture with this song. I wanted to have this as a reminder that the work I’m doing now is pushing me closer to my goals and it’s a process to be enjoyed. I know a lot of people can relate to this, so I just hope it helps them as well.”
