With two fantastic EPs and plenty of stellar co-writes under her belt, UPSAHL is quite the accomplished alternative pop powerhouse. After graduating from the Arizona School for the Arts, UPSAHL has committed herself fully to growing her music career, and we can safely say her dedication is paying off. Without further ado, UPSAHL is pleased to present her sexually-charged new single, “STOP!”
As someone who’s never been afraid to vocalize her sexual tendencies, UPSAHL dedicates “STOP!” to the overwhelming attraction we experience for strangers. With soul-stirring electronics, “STOP!” really does get our hearts racing–just like UPSAHL relays in the hypnotic track. The accompanying visual is a seductive and magnetizing offering that follows UPSAHL from a steamy driver seat makeout session to a sexy late night pool party for two.
On “STOP!,” UPSAHL explained,
“It’s a sexually empowering song about the feeling of attraction. Like you’re so attracted to somebody that your heart might STOP! I’m unapologetic about being a sexual person, so here’s a song about being horny and the thirst for another person.”
