ADMT is easily one of North of England’s best emerging talents, and he’s here to dominate our airwaves one impressive single at a time. Although his moving discography has been continually earning himself a spot on our radar, his new music is more poignant than you could ever imagine. Reaching deep into his past, ADMT reveals some of the most personal details of his life in his emotive new single, “Man Now.”

On “Man Now,” ADMT explained,

“‘Man Now’ is about a point in my life where I didn’t know how to grow up. I felt like I didn’t know who to learn off. All the pressures of being a ‘man’ (or needing to become one), I felt like the person who should be there to teach me wasn’t. I was kind of lost as a kid trying to pick up and put back together the pieces of something that wasn’t there to begin with.”

Opening with the most delicate keys, “Man Now” isn’t a cup of tea for everyone. This heart wrenching track is for those who are ready to face reality and willing to recognize that not everything is rainbows and butterflies. As ADMT captures what it was like to grow up without a fatherly figure, “Man Now” joins him on a lonesome journey through self discovery.

“It’s probably the most personal song I’ve ever written, the roots of my journey, and the place I came from. I just hope other kids listening to this can relate and understand that as much as it feels like you’re lost at that point, it doesn’t last forever yano.”
