After parting ways with The Holdup, Michael Garmany continues to spoil us with astounding R&B-pop tracks. The San Jose, California artist is known to have an incredibly hands on approach to his music, and that’s exactly why his growing discography is so well-crafted. With no plans to slow down, Garmany has unveiled the innovative “Still Missing” visual.
With lyrics inspired by Garmany’s personal life, “Still Missing” is drenched in groovy bass lines and playful keys. The new video features Garmany seemingly waiting for the bus as his impatience grows every second. As the touching lyrics of “Still Missing” appear on the bus shelter ad space, Garmany does everything someone would do as they wait for the bus: stare off into the distance and mindlessly scroll on their phones.
On “Still Missing,” Michael Garmany shared,
“This song makes me happy sad, because it’s about my real life and maybe the realest lyrics I’ve ever written.”
