Having already shared the stage with COIN and X Ambassadors, Coastals is the accomplished Tampa-based indie rock band you’ve been missing on your radar. Although they’ve only recently unveiled their first single of 2020, Coastals is certainly exceeding our expectations with this fantastic track. Without further ado, Coastals invites you to dance along to their bouncy new single, “Watercolors.”

On “Watercolors,” Coastals shared,

“When we feel like we’ve lost something precious, there’s a natural tendency to want to send it off in its best clothes. ‘Watercolors’ is a way of crystallizing that feeling.”

Taken off their forthcoming EP, “Watercolors” is your perfect introduction to Coastals. Featuring precious guitar strokes and captivating hooks, “Watercolors” delivers a tiny glimpse of Coastal’s most personal experiences. As the fellas of Coastals navigate through love and loss, “Watercolors” leaves us at a loss for words.

“So often it takes experiencing an ending for warm memories to come rushing back. We wanted ‘Watercolors’ to capture the way we romanticize times that we won’t soon see again.”
