Passionate artists like Asha Gold may be hard to come by, but we certainly do appreciate them fully when they impress us. This particular UK talent aspires to invent a world where her creativity inspires others to always be true to themselves. If you’re in the mood for some luscious R&B, Gold is here to satisfy your needs with her impeccable new single, “Debut.”

Most of us have been finding random hobbies that spark our interest during quarantine, but Gold is already two steps ahead of us as she wrote an utterly gorgeous track via Zoom. As “Debut” reflects on first loves, Gold’s buttery vocals and the lively percussion make the stellar song what it is. For those of you finding new love during the pandemic, “Debut” is practically the soundtrack of your life.

On “Debut,” Asha Gold shared,

“It’s about falling in love for the first time, so it has this sense of innocence and sweetness throughout — navigating unfamiliar feelings, fighting those feelings off, and then eventually giving into them knowing they are genuine and not something to be scared of.”
