You’d better clear a spot on your radar for AUDREY NUNA because she’s most definitely a force to be reckoned with. With quite a few singles under her belt, the Korean-American mastermind holds nothing back when it comes to her hip-hop infused R&B. Embodying more tenacity than ever before, NUNA is calling out her haters with a hypnotic new single, “damn Right.”

With buttery vocals layered atop slick beats, “damn Right” is a sonic offering we really don’t deserve. “damn Right” has NUNA addressing the hackneyed people who have nothing better to do than criticize others. With shots of NUNA surrounded by naked Barbie dolls and plastic trophies, the “damn Right” visual reinforces why we think NUNA is well worth your time.

On “damn Right,” AUDREY NUNA explained,

“It’s satire. I wrote this song about how much people love to talk shit. I find it amusing when people spend time talking shit about people who don’t even know they exist. It’s a funny aspect of human nature. So I was around a whole lot of that energy around the time Nate (the producer of the song) and I met. We actually made ‘damn right’ that same day – went to a corner cafe and I tried mole tacos for the first time. He made a majority of the beat in ten minutes.”
