By Alissa Arunarsirakul // August 7, 2020

It’s not every day we get to hear new tunes from Kyle Dion, but today’s offering is an especially delectable treat. With a sultry soundscape like no other, Dion is the easily one of the most captivating soulful singers we’ve encountered thus far. Now bringing his all in 2020, Dion is proud to present two entrancing new singles: “That Don’t Mean A Thing” and “Stressed Out.”

“On ‘That Don’t Mean A Thing,’ I wanted to give a new energy to the world because everything’s so heavy right now. We need more joy, and we forget it is an important part of life to maintain for ourselves, and right now it’s somewhat buried under all the stress that’s currently in the world. It’s one of those songs that should make you feel good and make you want to dance. Stream that shit!”

Funky bass lines, nostalgic synths, and buttery vocals are just the beginning of these two stunning tracks. Even if you’re not the most gifted dancer, “That Don’t Mean A Thing” and “Stressed Out” will surely get your body moving in no time. To top it off, the accompanying “That Don’t Mean A Thing” visual offers an irresistible beachside view with nothing but good vibes all around.

“‘Stressed Out’ is what the world is feeling right now. There’s this thick air of hopelessness, despair and anger that seems to have consumed the world in 2020, but through all of that there’s also empowerment and this sense of closeness as we’re all going through it together.”
