The talented fellas of Peach Tree Rascals have created their own family amongst each other, and we’re living for their darling brotherhood. From establishing an inclusive fanbase to donating 100% of proceeds from their #BlackLivesMatter T-shirts, Peach Tree Rascals is an all around stand up act. As the accomplished five-piece continues to amaze us, they’re treating us to a vibey new single, “Deer.”
On “Deer,” Peach Tree Rascals shared,
“Joe and I wrote this song about celebrating the happy moments that almost feel too good to be true. Sometimes something happens and you need to pinch yourself because it barely feels real. Whether it’s love, reaching a career goal, etc. – that’s what this is about.”
Between the bouncy xylophones and groovy bass lines, “Deer” delivers exactly what we love about Peach Tree Rascals. As they celebrate the euphoric moments in life, “Deer” encourages us to live out our dreams to expunge the “what if” thoughts that’d linger if we hadn’t taken chances. The accompanying music video celebrates Peach Tree Rascals’ first record deal signing with 10K/Homemade Projects, which was easily one of the most pivotal moments of their career.
“I made this video as a montage of us the night we signed our first record deal with 10K/Homemade Projects. We were so proud and put in so much work to get to that point. That night was celebratory for us and our team. It didn’t even feel real. It was one of the most important nights of our life that I wanted to document.”
