As their third release ever, almost monday is delivering their utterly refreshing new single, “come on come on.”
With echoey whistling layered above funky bass lines, “come on come on” is a lighthearted anthem for those of us seeking a much-needed vacation. almost monday wrote “come on come on” before the current pandemic began, and now they’re catching a glimpse of this at home. Although they only have a few singles to their name, we highly recommend you get onboard with these charming fellas before they’re selling out arenas in no time.
On “come on come on,” almost monday elaborated,
“We wrote ‘come on come on’ before quarantine, dreaming about getting a break from the craziness of jobs, school, or whatever you’re doing… little did we know… we’re hoping this song will be a pick-me-up for people going through tough times.”
