AJA may only be 16, but she’s gotten plenty of surprises in store for us. The Canadian songstress started off releasing pop bangers suited for a younger audience, but now she’s rebranding herself with a mature pop sound that’ll launch her promising career remarkably far. Ready to make her mark, AJA is proud to present an infectious new single, “Nerve.”

As AJA delves deeper into electronica, “Nerve” serves as the rising artist’s first taste of her unadulterated new soundscape. The hypnotic track itself is an empowering message to the women that have been underestimated for far too long. For someone who’s still an adolescent, it’s astounding that AJA confidently speaks for plenty of women worldwide.

On “Nerve,” AJA shared,

“‘Nerve’ is an empowerment song to inspire people to stand up for what they believe in and to defy the norms and words we are often called as women.”
