Miggy Milla may have moved from the Philippines to New York to Texas, but one constant worth noting is his overflowing creativity. Shortly after graduating from the esteemed Berklee College of Music, Milla launched his music career without hesitation. If you haven’t heard of this emerging Filipino talent yet, now’s the time to familiarize yourself with his tantalizing new single, “Gone.”

On “Gone,” Miggy Milla reflected,

“‘Gone’ was written shortly after reflecting on the exact words and reasons of a recent breakup. With the help of my ever talented brothers, Robert Sewell, Zach James, and George Gaza, the tune has come to life both sonically AND visually.”

Breakups are almost never painless and yet they’re one of the most crucial emotional challenges we must face to build our strength. As Milla continues to be hypercritical of this ended relationship, “Gone” leads us to remember why we’ve closed certain chapters of our lives. Directed by George Gaza, the “Gone” music video features flashbacks of a couple that once thought they’d shop for groceries, bake sweet treats, and play video games together forever.

“Another huge thank you to everyone that has given a helping hand in the process. This is a song we’re all very proud of and couldn’t have done it without y’all.”
