DYLAN was purely raised on rock ‘n’ roll as a child, so it only makes sense that her alternative rock sound has been crafted with the utmost passion. As a self-taught pianist and guitarist, DYLAN started her first band and wrote her own songs by age 11. Now in 2020, DYLAN has completely caught our attention with her hypnotic new single, “Good Enough.”

On “Good Enough,” DYLAN shared,

“I was really angry when I wrote this. I wasn’t even with the person I wrote it about. It was so messed up you could barely call it seeing each other. That person made me feel like I would never be good enough for everyone.”

Most of us may have had our fair share of insecurities and self-image issues, but DYLAN’s story is a bit different. Written about someone who brought nothing but toxicity to DYLAN’s life, “Good Enough” is the talented songstress’ way of relieving herself of these memories and aches. The “Good Enough” music video offers a visual storytelling of this hard hitting track that showcases the evident darkness that once lived within DYLAN’s mind.

“I hurt for a very long time after it ended, but after I wrote it all down, the hurt went away. Everything that was said I let get to my head, and it made me feel worthless, yet written down it was madness. I was never not good enough.”
