Two years ago, The Aces’ discography fell off the face of the Earth to focus on touring and writing new material. Comprised of sisters Cristal and Alisa Ramirez, McKenna Petty, and Katie Henderson, The Aces is the indie pop rock band who never fails to impress us. Now in 2020, the four lifelong friends from Provo, Utah are returning to the scene with a magnetic new single, “Daydream.”

With more electronic elements than their previous releases, “Daydream” offers a captivating soundscape that we haven’t quite heard from The Aces before. More than anything, we’re glad to hear the core rock influences that have carried into The Aces’ new chapter. Written about missing a loved one, “Daydream” will have you thinking of someone dear to you in no time.

On “Daydream,” The Aces shared,

“We want our fans to feel submerged in this music and walk away feeling closer to us than ever. ‘Daydream’ is about what it’s like to be away from a loved one. When we’re on tour, we’re leaving a love note and memento saying, ‘I’m thinking of you, so daydream about me.’”
