For all we know, Hannah Grace may be a time traveler. How else would we be able to explain her incredible feel for decades worth of music? Hailing from Bridgend in South Wales, Grace has been praised by Hozier and Lady Gaga, with the latter labeling her as “a superstar.” Grace’s timeless aura fused with retro melodies are exactly what gravitates us to her impressive discography.

“Blue” stemmed from a place of negativity, but Grace transformed it into a flawless tune about living with no regrets. Drizzled with funky keys and soulful vocals, “Blue” will take you to an era of good vibes–just as the gold studded music video does. Amidst the shimmery backdrop, Grace sports a tasteful red pantsuit as her live band supports her. The 70s television performance aesthetic brings nothing but pure joy to our faces as we shake our hips along to “Blue.”

On “Blue,” Hannah Grace reflected,

“There’s been times when I’ve been down and didn’t know how to pull myself out of it. Feeling negative can sometimes consume you and it’s heavy. I wrote ‘Blue’ about just being tired of being blue all the time. I just wanted to throw all of my energy into pulling myself out and being with the people I love. Reaching a place that’s more free and having no care in the world but that moment. This video was inspired by the carefree and fun TV performances of the 60’s and 70’s, an aesthetic that I love. Big thanks to Bee Happy for helping to bring this concept to life.”
